What You’ll Do
- Build relationships and follow up with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Proactively market, quote, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service, supporting policy changes, billing, and claims.
- Meet individual and team sales targets with commission incentives.
Skills & Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Natural salesperson: Outgoing, motivated by success, and comfortable making calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- New grads or experienced sales/customer service candidates welcome.
- Must obtain Illinois insurance licenses—training and support provided.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
